TRAVEL INFORMATION and SCHEDULES for local boats between the GILI Islands.

Public boats can be chartered from BANGSAL harbour in Lombok to either GILI TRAWANGAN, GILI MENO and GILI AIR, and in between all 3 islands. Public Charter boats are a maximum 10 passengers and the price is fixed at Rp195,000 / boat.

Tickets are available to buy from the official concrete offices located on the beaches in each harbour, prices are set and clearly stated.

Tourist shuttle boat services between Bangsal harbour and Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno or Gili Air leave at 08.15am, 16.30pm and costs Rp25,000 per person.

Tourist shuttle boat service from Trawangan, Meno or Air to Bangsal harbour is at 08.15am and 15.00pm and costs Rp25,000 per person.

Public boats leave all day between Bangsal and the 3 islands, boats leave when they are full and the price is only Rp8,000 per person.

However you can buy all the remaining tickets and then the boat will leave straight away. (Don't be surprised if a few distant relatives of the captain jump on also)

Island Hopper scheduled services between the 3 islands are;

From Gili Meno to Gili Trawangan at 08.15am and 15.20pm is Rp18,000

From Gili Meno to Gili Air at 09.50am and 16.20pm is Rp18,000

From Gili Air to Gili Meno at 08.30am and 15.00pm is Rp18,000

From Gili Air to Gili Trawangan at 08.30am and 15.00pm is Rp23,000

From Gili Trawangan to Gili Meno at 09.30am and 16.00pm is Rp18,000

From Gili Trawangan to Gili Air at 09.30am and 16.00pm is Rp21,000

PLS NOTE: BANGSAL harbour is only open between 08.00am and 16.30pm.

It can also be busy and has many street sellers, always buy your tickets from the official concrete offices located on the beach in each harbour.

DO NOT let someone carry your bag without first haggling on a price.
DO NOT leave valuable items on display or your bags unattended.
